Refund policy
Books and Pen
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 100% refund if you receive a defective product.
- Please reach out to us by email within 30 days of receiving the product at support@kidsbolo.com
- The email subject should be "Refund" and include your name, order number, and reason for the refund request
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send the books and pen. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs you incur to send the books back
- We will reimburse you for the shipping costs you incur once we confirm the defective nature of the product
- The books must be received in "like new" condition and be free from damage
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount back to the original source of payment within 48 hours
Urdu Classes
We understand life can be unpredictable with kids and are happy to support changes in your schedule, as we can. We offer pauses and cancellations with a 2 week notice prior to the start of the next month. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot offer refunds for the current month, for classes missed or if a 2 week notice is not provided before the next billing period.
Please note - the 2 week requirement is strict. Organizing our classes takes a lot of planning with teachers, parents, availabilities, etc. and we need time to adjust things around to ensure the classes can go ahead as planned for everyone else.
